Hi, I’m lyndsay. A mindset and Stress management coach.
I help stressed out women get rid of the idea that there is no way to get out of this “high-stress living” so they can confidently and happily manage their mind, time, energy & life again!
I get you because I've been there! It’s been a constant journey and I want to be on this journey with you, FOR you. Back in 2017, I was so burnt out and overwhelmed by my chronic stress that I began losing my lust for life and didn’t know how to be my true self for anyone (including me). I was eventually diagnosed with generalized anxiety and I know for a fact that my poorly managed chronic stress had played a part in this. I spent about a year in denial that stress could do this to me and I remained in one of the unhappiest and (mentally) unhealthiest places of my life for almost a year until things started to change because I started taking action.
Getting the support i needed to work through aspects of my life that were contributing to my chronic stress was life changing.
developing my own strategies as well as using heavily researched strategies to manage my stress became influential and essential. and that’s exactly the type of support i’m going to be providing for you in twenty.twenty.you.

Phase one:
can include a stress audit + analysis of a Wheel of Life template
This part of the program really hones in on gentle reflection of why NOW is the right time to up-level your stress.
It also really focuses on what barriers you’re currently facing to managing your stress, including past experiences and the current narrative you’re telling yourself ABOUT your stress.
The goal is to reframe the relationship you have with your stress so that it is less overwhelming and more controllable than you think.
Phase two:
This is the lifestyle makeover portion of the program where you will have a clear picture of what’s working for you and what’s not working for you.
You will then be developing a clearer understanding of mindful self-care, relaxation and time mgmt stategies that can be applied to your life.
You will develop flexible routines that can sustain you vs drain you at any point in time, through any season of life.
Phase THREE:
Your stress management toolbox has been building and now you will be able to reflect on the stage your current stress resilience is in.
You will uncover any lingering barriers with confidence vs defeat to feel empowered by your willingness to continue showing up for yourself.
You will understand the true importance of your support system and identify exactly who those people are for you and how to foster those relationships.
And you will understand what type of accountability you need moving forward to maintain sustainable consistency throughout your wellness journey.
